June 11, 2012. 材料 300 克 肉碎 300 g mince meat. 3片 苏打饼 3 pieces cream cracker. 3 根 青葱 3 stalks spring onoin. 半汤匙 酱清 10 ml ( one dessert spoon light soy sauce. 1 茶匙 糖 1 tea spoon suger. 少许胡椒粉 a dash of ground pepper. 1 茶匙 酒，半茶匙麻油 1 teaspoon cooking wine, half tp saseme oil. 1汤匙生粉 1 table spoon corn starch. Procedure: 1.Slice spring onion, smash the cracker into crumb. Than put then into the mince meat.

I almost cook everyday. This site is to share my everyday cooking. Quick Char Siu (BBQ pork) filling. May 30, 2012. 1 dash of salt, 1 tablespoon of suger or to taste,2 tablespoon of olive oil. Slice cucumber and put then in a bowl. 2Remove skin of the pineapple and cut it into cubes. 3Wash lettuce and break it into big chunk, drian dry and put then in a big mixing bowl. 5Put the cucumber, pineapple cube in the lettuce bowl, pour in the passion fruit mixture.toss well and serve. Carnet de voyage
Samedi 14 août 2010. J'avais promis de tenir un carnet de voyage régulier, mais il faut avouer que le décalage horaire aidant, on a mis du temps pour prendre le rythme depuis mercredi. Bref, nous sommes bien installées, pas encore acclimatées, entre la barrière de la langue et les journées à 90% d'humidité (pour une température moyenne de 28°). Trêve de blabla, voilà les photos de voyage et notre arrivée mercredi 11 août. Je posterai toutes nos photos dans des albums par date pour simplifier.
