It was good to see the usual suspects Caitlin Rice and Chris Jackson of Glossopdale Harriers once again. Whenever I turn up to a local fell race, there they are! Puff the magic dragon. Jun 28, 2011. Held að ég sé búinn að finna gírinn, búið að vera mikil vinna og stress í vetur/vor og endalaus yfirvinna. Auk þess hefur verið mikið um heimsóknir í vinnuna og þá er alltaf farið út að borða og komið heim um miðnætti. Loon Dod's Happy Days. Thursday, 24 September 2009. Running ten miles in the VFF KSOs last night hurt. So what's going on I ran a ten-mile loop 1-mile road 1 mile rough track with gravel then 6 miles trail then back down the gravel and road. Last time I did this route was before UTMB and was in the VFF classics and everything felt good. Last night I felt every little rock and stone. Loon Dod's Happy Days. Tuesday, 20 October 2009. KSO Treks are the dogs dangly bits. Ran from Tyndrum to Beinglass in the Treks for the Glee club run. They have good grip and fit well, they offer much more protection than the standard KSO but you still have to take care to avoid stone bruising on the ball of foot. Just another WordPress.com site. Monthly Archives: nóvember 2014. Síðasta vika var ágæt hreyfingarlega séð, mataæðið var í góðum gír líka fyrir utan óþarfa hitaeiningainntöku um helgina. Nú hef ég ekki borðað sykur í meira en þrjár vikur, það er alveg að gera sig🙂. Hreyfing síðustu viku var svona:. Hlaup: 19,1 km (3 æfingar). Sund: 800m (1 æfing). Jóga: 1 klst (1 tími). Vikan 17.-23. nóvember. Mánudagur 17. nóv. Hádegi: Skyrdrykkur, paprika og pera. Kvöldmatur: Afgangur (fiskur, grænmeti og kartöflur).

Just another WordPress.com site. Ég hljóp 102 km í febrúar, næstmesta hlaupamagn á einum mánuði á ferlinum. „Stærsti“ hlaupamánuður hingað til er maí 2014 þá fór ég 119 km. Á þessu ári er ég búin að hlaupa 172,3 km og á þá 827,7 km eftir til að ná 1000 km markmiðinu. Húrra fyrir mér! Ég fór 2,5 km í sundi og svo fór ég í eina fjallgöngu og þrisvar sinnum í jóga. Ég hef lítið náð að léttast, er frekar svekkt yfir því en ég verð að halda fókus og horfa á samsetningar og skammtastærðir.
