What the buggery is going on? Sunday, 14 October 2012. I'm not very good at art. I did it at GCSE level, but only got a C, and I've always been a little bit suspicious that there was a sympathy element to that mark. When I look back through my old sketch books, it's obvious that art was not going to be the route I'd follow. Creative? I'm assuming anyone who holds a current UK driving license will be aware that this sign signals that you can drive at the National Speed Limit.
