Tuesday, December 17, 2013. Lemon-Dill Shrimp and Pasta. This is one of Steve's favorite recipes, and we've made it a few times in the past month so I thought I'd share. I found the original recipe here. 12 oz Medium shrimp (peeled, de-veined). 1 lemon (zest and then juice). 8 oz dried pasta. 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (I use extra-light flavor). 3-4 cloves garlic, minced or thin sliced (I use bottled). 6 C baby spinach. 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning and/or dill. Tim, Mandy and Makelle. Falling in love again every day! Wednesday, February 22, 2012. Valentines and Lady A! For Valentines this year I definitely got spoiled! Tim and I went with our friends Rich and Tonya to the Lady Antebellum concert at the ESA! We were in the Allstar suite which was facing directly toward the stage! It was by far the best concert I have ever been to! They are such nice, humble, down to earth people who also perform very well live! Needless to say, we had a BLAST! Cole and Cams Book!

Tim, Mandy and Makelle. Falling in love again every day! Monday, February 28, 2011. Kidney Stones = Crappy Weekend! So this past week was kinda crappy in the fact that we spent all of our Friday night at the hospital in labor and delivery! We only had to do a kidney ultrasound one more time and the results came back really good! Anyways we were out of there by 1am so tired and ready to eat and go to bed! We left a few hours after Korben finished his last day of school and drove as far as Twin Falls the first night. The next day we drove all the way to Vancouver, getting in about 8pm.
