I have thought several times over the last few months that I really need to update my blog, but life has been a whirlwind the last 8 months! Our twin girls were born last February, and we are so thankful for our little sweeties! We made it full-term again (yay! And they were born over 3 hours apart! I look forward to the day she can be done with it forever, next spring! They are very happy babies. I love their smiles and laughs.

A Journey of Babysteps. Thursday, June 20, 2013. I was supposed to wait until tomorrow to go into the clinic and get a pregnancy test, but I decided to test early at home, and on Sunday, found out that I am pregnant! We expected a positive result, but it was nice to confirm it! In about 3 weeks, I will have an ultrasound and that will confirm how many babies are on the way! A Journey of Babysteps. Saturday, July 6, 2013. I had my ultrasound this morning (Friday, July 5th, to clarify, as I am writing this around midnight of the 6th). We found out that I am pregnant with twins! There were 2 strong heartbeats! We are happy and excited, and also a bit overwhelmed! This is really life-changing! Our family is growing at a rapid pace! A Journey of Babysteps. Saturday, June 15, 2013. I received 2 of our embryos last Sunday morning.everything went well! Then we made the long trip home. I've been busy unpacking and doing laundry, and trying to get caught up on school! Now we are waiting to find out if I am pregnant! A Journey of Babysteps. Tuesday, December 3, 2013. So, it has been awhile since I've updated you. We moved several times since August (staying with family for a couple of months while we were in transition), and into our new place in October. I finished school and graduated at the beginning of September (yay! We sold our family vehicle that no longer met our needs for seating and just yesterday bought our new (used) family vehicle! That was a huge relief to have that checked off the list!
