A journey of life. June 8th, 2015. Preheat oven to 350. Have all ingredients about 75. Sift before measuring. 2 2/3 cups flour. 2 1/4 tsp. double acting baking powder. 1/2 tsp. salt. Sift: 2 cups sugar. Cream until soft: 1 cup butter. Add sugar gradually. Cream ingredients until very light. Beat in, one at a time: 4 egg yolks. Add: 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. almond extract. Stir batter until smooth after each addition. Whip until stiff, but not dry: 4 egg whites. Wheatberry, chickpea and arugula salad.

Alex's Journey with Infantile Idiopathic Scoliosis. August 17, 2015. Yes it has been a long time. Kinda nice. Lots of catching up to do since the last cast. So I had seen on YouTube a video on how to cut the Mehta cast off. I knew that many parents had cut off their child’s cast. So I called Mom and Dad and said to bring tin snips, we need to cut it off. About 20 minute later, they arrived and in 30 seconds, bye bye cast. So just a few pictures of Alex’s 1st Birthday cast free. We enjoyed our last bath!
