(sarcasm inserted here) Out comes the highlighter and I started with the two closest to home each about 10 miles away. Here was my list of questions either for them or for me to observe on my next visit:. Are the residents neat and clean? How often are they showered? Do you smell any odors? How far do they go?

With all the cookies baked, the pierogies made and presents bought and made I was ready to celebrate. I knew the comfort of tradition would help my mother feel calm and aware of the season. I remember her excitement from last year in anticipation of Christmas Day; I wanted her to be able to feel the Christmas Spirit again this year! How wrong could I be, how could I not see this coming!
