One of those things is being honest and not being afraid to fail. When I was unable to be successful at the warehouse job, I wrote about it. I didn’t hide it. I didn’t make excuses. I wasn’t embarrassed. Is it better to see ourselves as completely and promisingly capable or to see ourselves as limited and frail?
