Monday, March 1, 2010. I have been so thankful for all of the help that I received during Colson's first weeks of life. My mom was here for 9 days and was such a big help taking kids to school, TaeKwonDo, playing with them nonstop and even keeping the boys' monitor in her room so if one woke up she would handle it. Monday, January 24, 2011. The fam and the strollers :). BB (mom) and the boys. Mom and Landon ringing the Cancer Bell in honor of Daddy. Thanksgiving morning we ran the 5K Turkey Trot in Tyler. Unfortunately, Ben got really sick during the night and was unable to join us. It was supposed to be really cold and so that was what I had packed for. Saturday, February 25, 2012. While we had Jordan with us, we had him take pics for our Christmas card. I really wanted our new dog to be apart of the picture which made it extra challenging. How come everyone else can get their dog to sit and pose for the perfect, All-American family photo? It is hard enough to get all 3 boys to smile let alone get a puppy to be still. Tuesday, February 9, 2010. My mom was at my house for 9 days and then my in laws were here for 5 days. Everyone was so helpful, but I still wouldn't stop and let them do things for me like I should have. The Lord is teaching me to STOP and allow others to help and not be so self reliant.
