When we moved to the high desert in Nevada, we figured we would be out of the whole fire season that plagues California every year. But the Yosemite fire is proving to be a challenge for us, all the way up in the high desert of Nevada. 1/3 cup brown sugar (not packed). 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 2/3 cup white sugar. 1/2 cup butter, softened. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
