The AZ Family: December 2008
http://theazfamily.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
We are a family of 5 with 4 on the ground. God leads us on this journey of life - the goods, the bads and the sads. But as a dear friends always tells me, "It shall be well". Saturday, December 13, 2008. Merry Christmas to all! As much as we can. It means a lot to us to be able to give back to the other families that have suffered the heartache of the death of a child. We have built invaluable relationships with so many other families and are so thankful for the safe haven MEND provides.

The AZ Family: January 2009

We are a family of 5 with 4 on the ground. God leads us on this journey of life - the goods, the bads and the sads. But as a dear friends always tells me, "It shall be well". Tuesday, January 20, 2009. The 44th President of the United States of America. Below is the transcript of President Obama's Inaugural Address. The history books probably won't be rewritten soon enough to include this day, so I'm attempting to capture the moment. The Inaugural Address of the 44th President, Barack Obama.

So Far Away ~ Caden Max: What's with the Monkeys?
http://sofarawaycadenmax.blogspot.com/2009/05/whats-with-monkeys.html
Monday, May 4, 2009. What's with the Monkeys? So, I am sure some of you may be wondering why I have happy little monkeys as my blog background. I was glad to be able to give our son something as special as this. I'm sure most of you have heard the old wives tale about heartburn and hairy babies. It definitely. Held true in this case. Our little monkey caused some major heartburn toward the end of my pregnancy. :). Monday, May 04, 2009. ABCDE=Party of 5 for ME! May 4, 2009 at 11:04 AM. A Lifetime of Love.

So Far Away ~ Caden Max: Under the Tree ~ April
http://sofarawaycadenmax.blogspot.com/2009/04/under-tree-april.html
Friday, April 24, 2009. Under the Tree April. How long has it been since you lost your child/ren? Has your grief changed at all? Is your life becoming any easier or is it just harder as time passes? How do you feel when you see pregnant women when you are out and about? It was very difficult at first. I definitely had a certain resentment toward those women even though I didn't know them from Adam. Why me, why my baby? What did I do to deserve this and why is it so easy for every one else in this world?

So Far Away ~ Caden Max: March 2009
http://sofarawaycadenmax.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 22, 2009. June 9, 2006. The day our lives changed forever. Labor started early that morning and Brian and I took off for the hospital so we could welcome our eagerly anticipated baby boy. We dropped Jayce off at grandma and grandpa's and told him the next time we saw him he would be a big brother. He would have been just 8 days shy of his due date of Jun 18 (Father's Day that year). What did I do wrong? Who can I blame? Do I have to go through labor? Can they just knock me out? June 9, 2006.

The AZ Family: 5 months...
http://theazfamily.blogspot.com/2009/10/5-months.html
We are a family of 5 with 4 on the ground. God leads us on this journey of life - the goods, the bads and the sads. But as a dear friends always tells me, "It shall be well". Thursday, October 1, 2009. I can't believe that Alex is already 5 1/2 months old. Time is flying by and I am doing a HORRIBLE job of documenting all of his mile stones. Let me see if I can capture some of them. He still LOVES his bath time. Kicks and splashes water everywhere. He also loves his exersaucer. Eli is still in love with ...

So Far Away ~ Caden Max: Amazingly Beautiful? The (near) Perfect Home
http://sofarawaycadenmax.blogspot.com/2009/04/amazingly-beautiful-near-perfect-home.html
Friday, April 17, 2009. The (near) Perfect Home. Driving through the gates of a perfectly manicured lawn as far as the eye could see. All through the lawn beautiful trees and plants abound - some of them must be over a hundred years old. Pretty brick structures scatted here and there, adorned with sprigs of flowers and little roads. Train passes by and siblings run about. This is Baby Land at Mt Olivet Cemetery. For those precious ones that were lost too soon. Unfortunately. Friday, April 17, 2009. The (...
