I believe that an advice not to litigate is also a sane legal advice. It is for the client to take it or not. If one thinks twice before rushing to a court whether:. A) he has a strong case. B) is it cost effective. D) is the litigation based on infringed rights or on pure emotions. E) is it favourable to him on the ‘cost-benefit’ analysis. G) and the like.
