As you can see I was quite a happy puppy when they got here, until i realized that they couldn't take me with them many places. Everyone on top of the Space Needle (except me). My favorite look out in Seattle: Kerry Park. I believe that grandpa (he doesn't like to be called that) said "HOLY S#! End of summer at Mt. Rainier NP.

9 Months and Counting. Thursday, February 5, 2009. First Tummy to Back Roll 1.18.09. Although this video is a little old, it was still a big first for us! Maia rolled from her tummy to her back. We've waited for this moment for so long, and it almost came and went without documentation. In a way it was so non-dramatic that we could have easily missed it which makes me a little sad. How many milestones have we missed already without realizing it? Such a strong little girl! First Tummy to Back Roll.

9 Months and Counting. Monday, December 21, 2009. Ducks and Sand (11 Months 11.03.09). We took a much needed break from Disney this day, and decided to go outlet shopping instead. Before we headed out, though, we went to feed the ducks and play in the big sand box (aka volleyball court). This was the first time that Maia ever fed ducks or played with sand. She was fascinated by both, but for some reason she was more hesitant with the sand than the ducks! I love her expression here.).
