JUNEAU, AK - Last night, the Alaska Senate passed House Bill 111 which extends the life of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) until 2007. The bill was sponsored by Governor Frank Murkowski and passed the Senate by a vote of 20 to 0. House Bill 111 now goes to the Governor for approval.
