From The Desk Of. Saturday, August 9, 2008. So I did it! I am on my way to a half marathon. I will admit it is good that I still have 8 months to be ready, but I know I will be. We started the race with a crowd of walkers and runners to support Intermountain Healthcare's Cardiovascular/Pulmonary departments. After the first lap the crowd began to stretch out over the course, but thankfully when we finished we were not the last. I'm proud of you :). August 17, 2008 at 10:15 PM. From The Desk Of. Sunday, July 20, 2008. Maintenance Free is an Oxymoron! The plan was to go after work to pick up the battery, take it to checkers to have it checked and go from there depending on the results. One added bonus to our plan was Becky and Matthew. They came with us which was good cause it is always good to have a man around, even if he is 3 months old. Michelle and I disconnected the battery, put it in the trunk and off to Checker auto where we found the battery was still good!

Friday, August 20, 2010. Summer just went too fast this year. It was the first summer Micah didn't have school and so we enjoyed every minute and found all kinds of fun activities we could do as a family. Micah has put his name in to become a UPS driver and we have been waiting for a spot to open since the end of June. Once he starts driving, I can finally quit my job and become a full time mom!
