Larson’s Bakery – A Kid In Seattle
https://akidinseattle.wordpress.com/2013/01/21/larsons-bakery
A Kid In Seattle. A kid (13) exploring seattle through food. Larson’s is a small but popular Danish and Scandinavian bakery on 24th. Tonight my dad went there and brought home a kringle. The Larsen’s Kringle is made in the original Danish way, where the pastry is made out of layers of flaky, buttery crust, enclosing a filling of almond paste and raisins, then topped with sugar and sliced almonds and finally twisted into the traditional pretzel shape. Have a good night,. January 21, 2013. January 21, 2013.

A Kid In Seattle. A kid (13) exploring seattle through food. About one week ago my Dad, Brother, Grand parents and I went to a Thai restaurant called Mai Thaiku on Phinney Ridge. I loved evrything about it. The space was an open flow (but small) house that (for every one who lives in Seattle) is located right across from the famous Red Mill. The food was great and it is now my favorite Thai restaurant. They were pretty good especially with the sauce and coconut. I will have an new post about me TRYING to...

Featuring The Beauty of San Francisco. Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, San Francisco. November 21, 2012. From the day I took my “relocation tour” and learned about this beautiful church, I wanted to come back and sit in the church; to feel it, experience it, – and photograph it. It has so much history – and the beauty is hard to describe – and even harder to capture in a photograph. The church has also been featured in Clint Eastwood Movies, scen...

While I went on a rant about EWB and the work it does and the sector it works in a couple of posts earlier, it is only fair that I also point out the good things, or more like things that attracted me towards EWB in the first place. Here it goes:. I guess, it is HOPE, that I get from being around these people. Admitting failure All the talk above would not be justified if I didn’t mention that EWB is not afraid to admit failure. Although, it is unfortunate we make mistakes, but it is important one ad...

Watched Spain beat Italy in a bar full of Italians in Seville. Many thanks to Anna, Juan, Léon and Linus for putting us up in Seville! Fresh Sardines on the Southern coast. Took a walk ar...
