Exploits of a quirky college kid. Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Israeli NVG Type 5151. I recently acquired a pair of Night Vision Goggles (NVGs). They are, as far as I've been able to find out, Type 5151, which is a Generation 0 goggle manufactured in the late '60s. I decided that I had to give them a real test, and after checking their return policy (100% guarantee! These shoes are all around great. Great on the water (a weekend in Prince William Sound), great on the mountains, and great wearing around town for the last week. So go ahead, give them a try. They're worth it.
