Warm and flavorful it is perfect for cold days. 2 pounds of potatoes in cubes. 2 T of butter. 3 cups of chicken broth. 3 cups of water. 1/4 Tp of paprika. 1 cup of heave cream. 1/4 Tp of cumin.
