A Series of Meaningless Movement: December 2010
http://elenaeraser.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Archive : Noonis aka toys. Meet the Noonis. I don't know why I never posted these, but I found them today in a box while searching for something else. I made them last fall out of found wood, model kit parts, and building blocks. The vector image below was the final color study that I threw together before painting the mash-up of parts I wood-glued up. I wish I could remember all their names. (worst memory in the world here). A Series of Meaningless Movement: Patterns
http://elenaeraser.blogspot.com/2011/09/patterns.html
Thursday, September 22, 2011. Back in August, I sat down and did a few experiments with pattern making. The floral at the top was done in acrylic paint in my sketchbook, the clouds were pencil drawn and colored in Photoshop, and the mountain pattern is a dissection and re-piecing of a landscape photo. A Series of Meaningless Movement: October 2013
http://elenaeraser.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 6, 2013. This year I've been able to work on a few fun projects. As with a lot of projects though, some can't be shared. I was able to help out doing some non-profit work for the Kansas City Quills and redesign their logo and put a postcard together for an event earlier this year. It isn't often that I get to do t-shirt designs, but Thunderbeard apparel provided me with a quirky opportunity back in May. Plus, it was my first real time drawing men's hair/facial hair.
