It's about staying active. It’s about staying active. There was a time when I could barely walk up stairs. Years of carrying kids, laundry, and groceries took their toll. I love to hike but I was afraid I would never do that again. Eventually I went to physical therapy for my knees and discovered that I essentially had no cartilage. So, what did they do?
