Monday, December 10, 2007. അടുക്കളജന്മം. അരങ്ങിലെത്താന്‍ മോഹമായിരുന്നു എന്നും. ഒരിക്കലും അടുക്കള വിട്ടിറങ്ങാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. കത്തിയമരുന്ന വിറകുകൊള്ളിയായി. എത്ര തേച്ചാലും വെളുക്കാത്ത കല്‍‌ച്ചട്ടിയായി. അഗ്നിക്കു മുകളിലെ തിളയായി. അടുക്കളയില്‍ തളയ്ക്കപ്പെട്ടു. വസ്ത്രത്തില്‍ പുരണ്ട കരിയും. മുടിക്കിടയിലെ ചാരവും. ചുവന്നുകലങ്ങിയ കണ്ണുകളും. കത്തിപ്പാടുകള്‍ വീണ ചൂണ്ടുവിരലും. അടയാളമായി. ആ മുദ്രയില്ലെങ്കില്‍. ഇതുപോലൊരടുക്കളവാസി. അവരറിയുന്നില്ല.
