Random thoughts on a random webpage. 14 October 2008 @ 10:25 pm. My weight loss has hit a plateau, and I haven't been sticking to the eating plan like I should or exercising. Discouragement breeds more discouragement. I need to dust myself off and climb back on. I bleached some subtle highlights in my hair a few weeks ago.
