They are more cake-like than fudge-like as far as brownies go. With all the zucchini coming out of the garden this year I might be making these a few more times before the season is over. I wonder if they freeze well. 1 1/2 tsps baking soda. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1 1/2 cups sugar. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 cups shredded zucchini.

What goes better with rice and beans than corn bread? Nothing, that's what! Mom usually makes corn bread in a round cake pan, but I love the crispy edges the muffins get. Corn bread is easy to make from scratch, and it's cheap too. Stop buying that box mix and try this instead. It's better this way. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 dollops sour cream.

We've been inundated with cucumbers and making pickles almost every week. Our favorite pickles to make are these Bread and Butter Pickles. Saturday, October 29, 2011. White and coral squares. Modern style wedding cake in a beautiful garden! The cake was white almond with torted layers filled with cream cheese and pinapples, and strawberry filling! I got lost for 30 minutes trying to find the venue LOL! Talk about nerve wracking! Tackle box and fish. This cake was a lot of fun to make! The cake parts are the tackle box and fish. The board is fondant made to look like wood planks and the tackle are made of fondant too! Sunday, May 15, 2011. The zebra and pink baby bump cake! I LOVE the design of this cake! The belly is set on the corner of the cake so her dress can flow down to the cake board :D This cake is a 12in marble cake with vanilla buttercream and fondant accents. Friday, April 22, 2011. I loved making this one with my kids hanging around! We sang Mickey Mouse Clubhouse songs all day! Everytime I would call for the kids I would say "Oh Toodles! Then they would coming running in laughing and telline me their names weren't Toodles! We, they still answered didn't they? The cake is a 2 tier chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, covered in fondant! Oh, one day, I will break and take a photography class and learn how to use my camera correctly!
