I love when he visits me in my studio and talks to me about what I am working on. Today, he came in for a visit and drew a sketch while he was there. His design fit right in with the collection I have been working on so I decided to bring it to life. My first step was to saw different sized tubes. Thanks honey for your sketch! Friday, January 7, 2011. It Was Worth The Wait". My dad is pretty much a "superman" in my eyes. He's a smart, funny, caring, intelligent man who has many talents. ESPECIALLY when it comes to carpentry. Last year, he gave me the best gift when he built a jewelry studio for me. It was absolute perfection. Perfection that unfortunately had to wait. But finally, after an extremely difficult pregnancy, my baby is here, my health is restored, and the the wait is over! The ring is sterling silver and the Ichthus.

Thursday, December 31, 2009. DAY 4 - we ALMOST hung the door. Well folks, the day started really good. We finished almost all the sheetrocking. Lots more of the electrical stuff, and started working on the door. Paw-Paw taught me a lot today:. First, I learned how to mud and tape the walls. Saturday, January 1, 2011. Well its been a LONG LONG time. But I am BACK! I have incredibly missed making jewelry. And am so glad to. Be back in the studio. And what better way to get back into business than to. Start on January 1st! To be an amazing year and I can not wait to share my work. A lot of wonderful things happened in 2010:. Monday, September 7, 2009. Jackson, Matty Bo, Jordan and Cole-standing still for about half a second so I could snap a shot. We actually bribed them with candy to get this one. Driving the Dig Dig! Matthew and Cole checking it out! This was one of the highlights of the trip! We found this little stand on the side of the road outside of town and thought, yummo! I love how Matthew is holding Jacksons head in the picture. Lil does that to Lo and it CRACKS me up. Uhhhh, the ice cream stand is out of novel!
