Self-Pay Physical Therapy Well Worth It. I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I was starting to pay for physical therapy out of pocket because my insurance plan is limited to 20 visits per plan year. I think it is worth it. This post was about 80% left hand and 20% right hand. Decline and fall of the West.
