The Pas Mayor's Blog. Thursday, April 21, 2011. Parking- a bigger issue. At Wednesday's Council meeting we had a presentation from a citizen who shared a concern and that was parking. His main issue was with people parking in handicapped parking spots without a permit. One of the worst areas, according to him, is the post office. I totally agree with him on this. I have personally seen people park there without a permit. I am sorry to say I usually walk by the problem. The Manitoba Parking Permit Program.
