It's just me, talking about things. Not much to add today. August 7, 2011. It’s pouring with rain outside. But I’m sure you didn’t need to know this. I just rebooted my TP to see if I could get it to work a bit faster. It does seem to make a difference. I’ve not done that since the ROM upgrade – about 2 days. Is this normal for a device like that? It's just me, talking about things. A few days later. August 11, 2011. Well, here I am again. I’ve had the TP for a few days and the more I use it, the more I like it. It does still have issues (not enough apps) but I’ve sorted out the slowdown stuff to a large extent. The first thing to say is that the TP seems to learn and caches things so it works faster. It's just me, talking about things. Saturday – and a package arrives. August 6, 2011. 9am and the front door bell rings. Postie has brought my cover. So, how well does 4.49 work? Not too bad actually. It was designed for the original iPad but seems to mainly work OK. The speakers are half covered and there is a flap which is going to get cut off so the cover closes flat. In use, it does make a big difference. I can fold the cover flat and type much better. Or, use it as a stand in Exhibition mode. Seems ...

Start the app and enter my password. Nope. I get told it cant connect. Hum. Not so good. I read that there was a Rom upgrade, so lets see if I can find it.
