The Happy Hutchisons: July 2014
http://hutchison-family.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 20, 2014. It's now been 4 months since James's surgery. I really wanted to document some of the surgery details-before I forget everything about it. I don't have enough good things to say about Primary Children's Hopital and all the Dr's we had there. We were so extremely blessed to be able to do this there. Getting all dressed for surgery prep. Giving him away to the Dr's was one of the hardest things. SO hard to watch him walk away not knowing what was about to happen to him. Daniel and Je...

The Happy Hutchisons: Vienna
http://hutchison-family.blogspot.com/2013/12/vienna.html
Saturday, December 14, 2013. Yet we still didn't take many photos. I'm bummed we didn't get a single photo with my friends. On the drive to Austria. Charlie playing King of the Hill on the drive back. Eating Wienerschnitzel at Figlmüller. S Best schnitzel I've ever had. Outside the Opera House. Charlie and Ezra off to the zoo. Two peas in a pod. While Charlie and Ezra went to the zoo, Andrew and I toured Schönbrunn Palace. I had a conversation with someone-in German! I cannot believe this is your life!

The Happy Hutchisons: March 2014
http://hutchison-family.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 20, 2014. We've been having lots of fun on our Italian adventure but we have also been dealing with some medical issues with sweet baby James. Short story, he has craniosynostosis and needs reconstructive surgery on his skull and we are doing it in the states. It's pretty major but not uncommon. We have been trying to get the surgery done in the states so we can be close to family and so that James (and Charlie) will be well taken care of. We found out Friday night. Our Sweet Charlie Boy.

The Happy Hutchisons: Jaunt to Venice
http://hutchison-family.blogspot.com/2013/11/jaunt-to-venice.html
Wednesday, November 20, 2013. You just walk along the roads fancy free. The canals were really cool too. Someday we will take a gondola ride through them. You've got to do it once. I loved seeing the homes along the canals. I can't imagine living right on them. Front door opens right into the canal. You have to step right into your boat. We ate pizza, gelato (a few times;), walked around. All in all it was a great day. We will return. Fresh off the train. Welcome to Venice. Our Sweet Charlie Boy.

The Happy Hutchisons: February 2013
http://hutchison-family.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 17, 2013. A few weeks ago we went on a quick hike to Lake Berryessa, which is not too far from us. It was a pretty drive and nice to get out into nature. We started this trail, but it was giving me a heart attack with Charlie-just a little too narrow and steep for my liking. We found a much easier trail. We've got to get this kid to the beach more. The water was freeeezziiing! Cute little Chicken Charlie. Nice shot from the car. The most unflattering picture of me. Learn from my mist...

Sunday, January 26, 2014. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Slowly but surely folks, I will get caught up. In November we took a trip to Switzerland with our church group to go to the LDS temple. And to spend Thanksgiving together. We also took a tour of the Cailler Chocolate Factory. Cailler now also owns Nestle (or other way around? Anyway, we learned the origins of chocolate in Europe-who knew it was so scandalous at first? Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! The world of cocoa. Our Sweet Charlie Boy.

Sunday, March 24, 2013. He did not want to share his grandparents. It was a whirlwind trip, but so good to be with my family again. We sure miss them. Charlie was invited by the pilot to come sit in the cockpit. He was to excited to hold still. This kid got so tuckered out. While he was being Mr. Cranky Pants, I gave him a little alone time after his bath (he does have a diaper on), and came back to find him like this. Playing with Papa Rich. Playing with Papa Clark. The Christus at Temple Square. Two Be...
