Adventures on the Fly. On August 23, 2011 by Fish Bandit. Wow I Had an incredible 3 days of floating the upper kenai river this past week with a few great friends. It is a mental escape for me when I’m scorching in the texas heat, to imagine days on the kenai. The fishing is continuing to get better, and the bead and flesh bite is starting to get better and better. We had to work the deep side pockets for the rainbows, hurt the hard work payed off with some beautiful fish. I shall see you again soon.
