We have two locations to serve you. The Alaska Spine Institute in Anchorage is located at 3801 University Lake Drive just off Elmore, across from the UAA Alaska Airlines Center and near Providence Hospital. Our physician offices and physical therapy are located on the 3rd floor, while imaging is located on the first floor. Our Wasilla location has moved from Lakeview suites to the Mat-Su Professional Building at 2490 S. Woodworth Lp. Suite 350. Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. Phone: 907.563.8876.
