10, 000th patient gets a surprise present. Last year we saw our 10, 000th patient who received a John Deere tractor and trailer as a momento. In the heat of the moment we added a couple of noughts to the banner! First airway surgery in new paediatric ITU. David recently used the new paediatric ITU at the Portland to allow him to perform an endoscopic division of a laryngeal web.
