Between being an instructor, coach, and a full time athlete I have spent more time in a boat this summer then I have on my feet. Don't worry, that's not a complaint. This blog post is mostly to introduce my new website which is supported by The Medalist. Big thank you to Antoine Meunier for all the support to make it possible. So what's new in my life?

Michael and I have been in Europe for the passed week now. We spent our first week of training in La Seu D'Urgell which is a small town north of Barcelona and just south of the Andorra border. A few locals told us the real meaning of the end of this calendar. It actually means the end of an era. This previous era was filled with darkness but this new one starting today, is meant to be filled with greatness, and fruitfulness.whatever that means. I wasn't trying to get any attention of course but some kids came over to try some.

I gotta start digging deep so I can follow through with some plans for the summer. Hopefully if all plays out, Michael Tayler and I will be in Spain/France for 2 and a half weeks before team trials in Minden.
