Friday, June 24, 2011. Dad got to check something off his Bucket List. going to the Masters! I turn around and see crickets hopping all over the place! I grabbed Chloe off the floor and hopped up on the counter, while mom and Izzy gathered them all up. Izzy obviously is not afraid of bugs! We saw this huge snake hanging out under one of the docks. Jeremy had to fly out from Georgia to go to another conference, so the girls and I rode home with Bebe and Poppy. We had a fun road trip home!

Saturday, February 23, 2008. The roof is finished. This is the game room. I will most likely add some more pictures tomorrow especially of the interior and maybe some more roof detail. Family is a Blessing. Sunday, October 28, 2012. Our Journey to Adoption. Many years ago, when I was an early teen, I remember hearing about a "growing need" for adoption, specifically in China. At that time, there were countless baby girls being abandoned and/or orphaned, which caused a "cry" around the world to save these precious girls. Was this my calling? Was this something God had planned for my life? Was this the end of our adoption story? Were we in fact not being called on this journey after all?

I found a slip and slide at the Dollar General. I think they had more fun making water balloons with our neighbor, Dixon. We love it when they come over! They are so good with the girls. Friday, June 24, 2011. We were lucky to be invited to Jon and Mandy's place in Colorado. This was Chloe's first plane ride. She was around 3 mos. old. We had so much fun! JD and Izzy got to learn how to ski and I celebrated my 29th birthday. Jeremy and Jon made my favorite meal, steak with blue cheese and ceasar salad. The trip was fun, but I think we all got a awful cold while we were out there. This is the beautiful house we stayed in. The snow was amazing! The most adorable picture! John, Mandy, and JD.
