Thursday, March 12, 2009. What do we want? First of all – that the current house-demolition policy of the Municipality of Jerusalem in East Jerusalem be immediately stopped. Second - we want the Municipality to reconsider the alternative Town Plan Scheme presented by the residents of Al-Bustan, and move to approve it within a short period of time. The plan will allow the residents of Al-Bustan to remain on their lands and receive all of the services to which they are entitled as residents of Jerusalem.
