Picture-per-day static gallery creation. How to use it. Genesis: Based on Birch. Having gone through most of the obvious Photoblog options, and discarded those needing MySQL. It pretty much fitted my requirements, so I set about using it. Module, but the amount of work was starting to show. With that in mind, I set about modifying the code, but got annoyed with Perl. And switched to PHP. The EXIF and IPTC reading are built into PHP modules, but to display them I've used the wz tooltip.

Picture-per-day static gallery creation. How to use it. This was a lot easier than expected, thanks to FeedCreator. After evaluating several different Tooltip methods, this one. Won as being the easiest to install (one file), and the easy ability to have multi-line data with linebreaks where I specify them. In the distribution I have removed lots of whitespace and comments in order to keep the load times down - do read the original source file if you want to know more about how it operates.
