The Duke Family: Dollywood and Smoky Mountains!
http://bryceduke.blogspot.com/2015/07/dollywood-and-smoky-mountains.html
Monday, July 20, 2015. Dollywood and Smoky Mountains! In late June we headed to Pigeon Forge, TN for 4 nights. Cappy and Papaw Ruff came with us which is always fun! Our first stop was Dollywood, what a fun place! We have added this to our 'must go back to' list. It has fun rides, was so clean, not super crowded and plenty of shade and water rides to keep cool. We spotted this (Bryce's baseball team is Batter's Box). This is in front of Dolly's museum. Our Dolly lovin gal LOVED the museum! It was so cute!

What If...: 8 is the new 7
http://studiorh.blogspot.com/2009/07/8-is-new-7.html
Fantasizing the endless possibilities. Sunday, July 5, 2009. 8 is the new 7. There were 8 days in a week? Oh lucky number 7. This singular number resounds in culture. But why is this number so lucky? What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but everyone knows that when pulling the handle on a slot machine, you're always hoping and praying for three lucky 7s. And why is 7 so significant? Might it have something to do with there being 7 days in the week? Or that 7 directly correlates to the Book of. On Sat...

What If...: It's a Bird, It's a Plane
http://studiorh.blogspot.com/2009/07/its-bird-its-plane.html
Fantasizing the endless possibilities. Thursday, July 9, 2009. It's a Bird, It's a Plane. 8230;we could fly? I’m sitting on the tarmac at Dulles aboard UA flight 948 bound for Amsterdam, and I think to myself, “What if I could fly? 8221; How would that change things? How would my life be different? Ahhh to be like Superman, faster than a speeding bullet, but minus the cape and kryptonite allergy…. Lights dim; fog appears across the stage…. PS clearly the brothers were named after my Dad and Brother!

The Duke Family: April 2015
http://bryceduke.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 13, 2015. Bryce's baseball team had their 3rd tournament this weekend. It was the first one where we didn't need blankets, umbrellas and coats! The weather was fantastic and the boys played well. They only won one game but their 3rd game they took an undefeated team into 2 extra innings. That team went on to win the whole tournament. I took my camera with me each day and snapped a few pictures. Friday night Mary came with us and then spent the night. Catch for an out at second. 2015 Batters...

The Duke Family: December 2014
http://bryceduke.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 22, 2014. December has flown by! The weekend after Thanksgiving we met my parents at a Christmas Tree farm near their house and picked out our perfect tree. Usually I have pictures of us decorating the tree, but for some reason lately I haven't been taking as many pictures. Maybe next year! The next weekend Cappy, Anthony and I took the kids downtown to the Christmas parade on Beale Street. It was fun! One day Cappy and I were shopping at Hobby Lobby and ran into! Last Friday was the kid...

Monday, July 20, 2015. CeCe's bike and pool party. CeCe turned 6 on July 3rd! She decided a while ago that she wanted a bike party. I knew a bike party in July would be very hot so I suggested 1/2 bike 1/2 pool party and she loved that idea! When the kids arrived CeCe showed them to the craft station. We had license plates they could make for their bikes, streamers and spoke beads. She was SO excited for all of her friends to come ride bikes with her! The kids rode in the cove after decorating their bikes.

The Duke Family: Memorial Day Weekend
http://bryceduke.blogspot.com/2015/05/memorial-day-weekend.html
Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Our good friends that live in St. Louis now came to visit us this weekend! It was so good to see them and get to spend the weekend with them. Bryce and Evan are still two peas in a pod! Both still love sports, history and sports stats. Even though the water was cold the kids all swam a little both days. CeCe and Adriana play together so great too! They loved swinging, coloring and playing with dolls. Saturday we took them downtown to walk around. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
