Monday, August 4, 2008. Sorry its been so long Ive been meaning to post but to be toally honest I think Im still trying to recoop from my trip to Vegas for the USA's last weekend. I have to say though it was one of the best vacations Ive ever had I would do it all over again in a heart beat! Kira and I trained back at the gold's down there it was so fun to train with a girl that trains as hard as I do and she is so strong what a genetic freak that one is! Warm up 130lbs x20 reps. Set 2 200 lbsx15 reps.

Monday, July 7, 2008. Bear Lake was awesome . good times for sure. But damn Im deffinately noticing the extra weight im packing around. My Dad is deffinately going to need a bigger boat next year LOL because im not even close to being done growing! Today was good old leg day. I only had 30 min to bust out a good work out.
