Thursday, November 6, 2008. The Rain in Tanzania. That’s about all for now from Tanzania. Next week I take my final Kiswahili language proficiency exam, and then get to shadow a current Peace Corps health volunteer for a few days in Njombe. Then after that it is not long before I find out where I will be teaching and living for the next two years! I am incredibly excited and nervous. Well wednesday before work I got a full annual physical :S I am pleased to announce that all seems healthy, my heart rate even dropped! I receiced a booster tetnus shot, I will go back for blood work to make sure that all is a-ok when I turn 25. in 5 DAYS! Wowsa, that feels wierd. This is Ashley, dream world and beyond. Tuesday, September 30, 2008. What a crazy last couple of days I have had. Here is the run-down. Sat: Worked 8-12 then studied 12-4 or 5. Sun: Worked 8-12:30 then studied 2-7. Mon: Class 9-11:20, picked up fixed car, worked 12-6:30, studied 7-9. Tuesday: Class 9-10, work 10:45-6:45, study probably 7-9. Phew good news, am taking a full lunch breake today, gonna study so I can get some quality time with chad tonight :) I sure do love that guy. Links to this post.

She was born on Valentine's day this year. in a puppy mill :( Lived with an awesome host family, and is now part of ours.
