In seguito alla diraspa-pigiatura delle uve si lascia il mosto e le bucce a contatto a freddo per circa 30 ore, dopodichè la fermentazione viene a temperatura controllata in vasche di acciaio. La macerazione dura circa 5 giorni. Ottimo aperitivo. Durante il pasto si accompagna egregiamente ad antipasti leggeri e piatti a base di pesce.

In seguito alla diraspa-pigiatura la fermentazione avviene a temperatura controllata (circa 30 c) in vasche d’acciaio. La macerazione dura circa 12 giorni. In botti di rovere di Slavonia per circa 10 mesi successivamente in bottiglia per alcuni mesi. Piatti dai ricchi sapori, quali primi conditi con sughi gustosi, carni bianche e rosse, formaggi e salumi.

Di colore giallo paglierino brillante, presenta un bouquet delicato con note di fiori, salvia e timo che si arricchisce durante l’affinamento in bottiglia. Sapido e minerale. Vino ottimo come aperitivo o in abbinamento con antipasti, primi piatti e specialità a base di pesce, anche crudo.

In bottiglia per 6 mesi. Colore rosso rubino tendente al granato, di odore intenso vinoso, sapore asciutto, con sentore mandorlato, con sentori di frutta anche speziati.
