SURFERS PARADISE, Australia, March 20— Michael Andretti ignored an angry invitation from Nigel Mansell today to "put the boxing gloves on" and won the Australian IndyCar Grand Prix. Andretti led from the start of the race, which was delayed 2 hours 20 minutes by rain. The race ended after 55 laps, 10 short, due to darkness.
