Thursday, April 24, 2014. Solo CE Trip to Cali. It felt so great to dip my toes in the ocean after that long drive! It had been ages since I had done so. We ate these delectable crab nachos at The Cliffs restaraunt. We did the same thing about 17 years ago when I first came to the area to visit Shannon back in college. I spent two full days at the conference, and then met up with Nat and Ryan and their sweet boys in Laguna Beach again. The tide pools and sea life were astounding! Shannon and her boys.

Monday, November 4, 2013. For Halloween this year, Zachary was the black Spider-Man, and Zoey was Cinderella. They were both adorable and had a great time at parties and trick or treating! Her dance class had a party which she loved. After filtering all the treats with nuts. Yum for us! Corey wore a giant cowboy hat, but I didn't dress up this year, even though we love Halloween and usually have fun costumes. Next year! I actually bought some fun things on sale after Halloween, so watch out 2014! Luckily...

Sunday, March 30, 2014. Three Years for Zoey. She also started saying, "Fine! In her exasperated voice. I don't know what I am going to do with her in these coming years if she keeps this up! I don't know what this has to do with dentistry! And floss somebody's teef! She has also been singing songs from "Frozen," the latest Disney flick. It is so fun to have a baby girl in the house! I am so grateful for her. She keeps things lively in our home, and we are so blessed with her tender, innocent spirit.

Monday, October 22, 2012. A Beautiful Day in Oakland. This one will be a classic- Faith losing it as we tried to get a photo with all the nieces and nephews. Zoey getting reacquainted with her Grandpa, whom she randomly started calling "Bucca.". The beautiful couple who made it all possible. We love you, Mom and Dad! No one could get enough of this adorable guy- little Jonathan always has a smile and easy-going attitude. Little Michael Foster in his Daddy's arms. Cutting the lovely cake Meadow made.

Sunday, September 16, 2012. Trip to San Antonio with Mom. We were so very elated to have a visit from my mom over Labor Day weekend! It has been over one year since we have had any visitors to Dallas. Probably because Dallas is not the most fun or exciting place that anyone wants to spend their vacation dollars on! Zach was really excited to go to the top. There was a fun family "4D" film about Texas that we saw there also, which we all enjoyed. There was a band playing and Zoey and Zach had a blast danc...

Wednesday, December 11, 2013. I would've booked a photographer, but it was a holiday and we didn't know everyone would be there until they were actually present. Also, I know how fun photos are with a family this size and how cooperative everyone is. But I wish we would've taken a few more, because none of these turned out very well, and who knows when we will get together again? Anyway, this is the best one. All 26 of us. Wow! I love these little buddies! It opens up for a bit about halfway through.

Sunday, February 9, 2014. For my birthday/Christmas, Corey surprised me with a Nikon DSLR camera. I've wanted one for awhile, but have been pretty happy with my Sony point and shoot cameras for years. I didn't want the extra expense or weight or responsibility that came with a fancy camera, but it is amazing the difference in quality of photos. I love it. Moonrise through one of my favorite arches in Pioneer Park. Lots more sunset photos. Gila Trail hike above Snow Canyon with Tessa and Sam's family.

Sunday, June 2, 2013. Corey and I volunteered to be T-ball coaches this year for Zach's league. I was secretly hoping they'd waive his fees if we volunteered, but that didn't happen. :) At least we all got matching Pirates shirts and caps. (I am really regretting not getting in the drawing for the Rangers team. They said everyone requested that team, but I would rather have Rangers shirts than Pirates. Argh! He was absolutely enthralled by his trophy! My cutie-cute little baller! Links to this post.
