Effecting Change: Why did USAC Restrict One-Day License Availability? The governing body for bike racing in the US made a rule change that negatively impacts occasional amateur racers. In order to participate in many cycling events, riders must purchase a license through USAC. One-day licenses are now $15. Why this is problematic.

We got caught in some unexpected heavy rain, and the ensuing wet cold was a shockingly un-Czech Days-like experience. Cold in August in Nebraska. This year really is the reign of the Ice Princess.
