Saturday, October 30, 2010. Walking to the beach from Tami's house. Tami, Tawni, Brittney and Derik had to run some errands in town, so I went to the beach with the rest of the kids. This was the first weekend that Tawni and the kids came over from Idaho.Kyler and Tori couldn't wait to get in some 'beach time'! Wednesday, November 16, 2011. I was having major issues trying to get pictures to upload on here, so gave up for awhile. Just now I discovered 3 4th of July drafts, in various stages, in my Edit Posts tab. I got rid of the incomplete ones, and hit 'Publish' on the following post :). Thursday, February 17, 2011. I love to burn firewood! And I hate to turn on the heat pump (I can just see the $ signs going around on the electric meter! We keep a fire going in the wood stove most of the time in the winter, so we go through a lot of firewood. This is what is left of this winter's wood supply (so it better warm up before long! These palettes out back were full, three rows deep, last fall. We also had some wood that we got from Byron that was dumped in another area. Snow on the Ground.

Poor baby was not enjoying having Mommy across the other side of the shop, busy with all the preparations for big sister's birthday party, and not paying him any attention at all :(. Grampy finally went over and took a little video of Tami talking, and when he showed it to Derik it made him quit crying while he was watching it - it was cute to watch him focusing on Mommy on that little tiny screen.
