How many lessons will I need? This depends on what your goals are. Generally, it is accepted that about 30 lessons are required to learn how to apply the technique. For chronic back pain, the Medical Research Council suggest 24 sessions. But it's worth bearing in mind, that some people learn quicker than others. For some people, 6 is adequate.
