I’m a few days late, but happy baseball, everyone! I’d continue to rant, but instead, I will make a few ridiculous predictions for the season:. The Red Sox will not finish in last place. Neither will the Yankees. Sorry to all fans who are not Bostonians or New Yorkers. Houston will be just as bad in the AL as the NL.

Monday, April 12, 2010. I have a narrator who follows me around. He's sarcastic and dry, and occasionally mean to me and others. And usually, I'm the only one who can hear him. Okay - he's me. He's my internal monologue. Fortunately, I keep him to myself most of the time. (This is fortunate, because as I said, he's quite mean at times.) He makes me feel like I really do live in a movie. Meets Sleepless in Seattle. Meets When Harry Met Sally. It's Play It Again, Sam. And I am definitely a better musician.

Friday, October 30, 2009. Good coffee, There is a process to it. And you have to wait. You first smell the beans while they are ground, then the smell and feel of seeping and steam, and then finally the taste. Instant coffee, you get the taste sooner, and it may be good for a sip or two, but you really should have waited for the good stuff to brew. But the problem is that this attitude has gone beyond coffee. I'm mixing metaphors, many times over, but I'm sure you get the point. Monday, October 19, 2009.
