I am terrible about shopping for that kind of thing, though I guess some of this will make it beyond this year.perhaps all, we'll see. Monday, December 22, 2014. Relaxing Before the Holidays. As for our trip to the library, they play in this bin quite a bit. You take those shapes and velcro them on a big wall, but it's also a great little area to roll around in.which they did. Isla played with some of the ipad games while she was there. Sunday, November 30, 2014. Lots to be Thankful for. Before we left, we took some pictures of the five cousins together. I'm not sure which one I'll pick to frame, but I thought I'd put a few on here because when shown together they make me laugh as well. The prize for most photogenic child of mine goes to Sawyer - way to always be looking at the camera girl! Like this one a lot though Ben looks younger than he is because he's kneeling. Not quite as many smiles here but this might be the best all-around.

Since I've been less than good at blogging and when it's warm out I use the real camera less, and my phone camera more, I'm going to use a lot of pictures that I've taken with my phone when we've been out and about. Thursday, July 9, 2015. Well we have had a busy, laid back summer so far. Can those things both exist at the same time? Margot follows her sister's lead and loves the water. She has no problem going underwater, and likes to float on her back kicking while you hold her hand (holding her afloat). I swear if we could just get her to let go of our hand and do some arms she'd be swimming backstroke. This girl might be our youngest swimmer yet. Monday, July 27, 2015. So I mentioned we spent most of our time at the pool and beach, but we did get out two days and did some activities which everyone really enjoyed. First up was an off roading adventure into Corolla where there are wild horses. The horses are such beautiful animals and this one was no exception. Sunday, September 28, 2014. A Trip to the Orchard. Once we got out to the orchard the picking began. This time we got Empires, Cortland, and Red/Golden Delicious. Sawyer and Isla were both pretty good at scoping out the apples, looking for ones that weren't bruised or anything. Though I have not yet figured out how we're going to use all the apples we picked a full peck for ourselves because last year they picked a bushel in about ten minutes. Looks like we have apple pie and apple sauce in our future.

Monday, July 27, 2015. Driving to Vacation - Side trip to Richmond. So we rolled into Richmond later than expected due to our stop in DC, and instead of seeing the city a bit and visiting my alma mater - University of Richmond, we went to the hotel and ordered room service and settled in for some relaxation in our ridiculously comfy bed.
