I’ve been riding the bus a lot lately and probably will have to throughout the duration of this school semester but its the little things like this and when I was on the bus last week and this old lady had bought candy and was just passing it out to people on the bus that I realized there are some good people out there. Cuisine instinct plaisir découverte partage. Aller au contenu principal. Aller au contenu secondaire. Champignons, Oseille, Chèvre. Je continue avec le champignon de Paris, toujours pour un grignotage ou apéro, cette fois en version toute crue. Je l’ai tout simplement associé à du chèvre très frais et à de l’oseille crue hachée finement. L’acidulé de l’oseille donne du peps à ce mélange à tartiner! Ecraser du chèvre frais. Avec de l’ huile d’olive. Et un peu de fleur de sel. 5-6 champignons ultra frais.
