Freitag, 2. Dezember 2011. While Jonas enjoyed quality one-on-one time with Oma, we were able to spend almost a week in Paris on our own. The apartment we rented was in the very heart of Paris, above a Prada store. Arriving there with German punctuality, we had to wait a little on our French renter. View out of our apartment window. Freitag, 29. April 2011. A Place for Jonas’s Art. Jonas loves to draw, color, paint, stick…, so we needed a way to display his current art work. To make it a fun project we painted some wooden clothes pins, to use on a rope strung between two nails in the wall. Concentrating hard on painting the clothes pins. You know it is springtime in Pettibonia if…. 8230; the azaleas are blooming,. 8230; you want to spend the whole day outside,. 8230; the camellia bush is heavy laden with beautiful red flowers,. 8230; the ferns unroll,. 8230; the blueberry blossoms are out,. 8230; everything turns green,. 8230; and the weeds on the lawn look pretty. Mittwoch, 14. Dezember 2011. We were able to spend a day with Brina, Gilles and their two beautiful sons, Alexi and Andre. They took us to a beautiful and historical little town called Chateau Landon. We ate lunch at one of the two restaurants in the town and afterwards enjoyed the beautiful nature and the old buildings.
