Monday, March 5, 2012. And then I buried my face in Tanners chest and let the tears come. The nurse left us with, "Settle in, this is going to be a long day." We got a chuckle out of that. You either laugh or cry right? Like we didn't know that already. 2 1/2 hours down. a few more to go. I hope I'm strong enough to see her like this again. Thursday, October 25, 2007. Here is a Logo I designed Yesterday for our CHD support group. We are currently in the process of submitting ideas of logosfor the group to vote on. I came up with this idea, thinking of how all children with heart defects get wounded in their battle against their Congenital Heart Defect, some more than others. Lee and Carma Mathis. Monday, December 6, 2010. Wow we had a busy fall. We flew to Anchorage, stayed a few days for the beginning of tax class, then we drove the Escalade home. It was a beautiful drive as usual - long but beautiful! We deterred through Banff National Park which is one of my favorite places. The ice fields and glaciers are incredible. Lee and Carma Mathis. Friday, August 28, 2009. Summer Fun in Words. Yes I know I haven't posted for a very long time! I will post our summer pictures in the next few days. We have been camping at our favorite spot, Washington Lake in the Uinta Mountains. It is so beautiful there and cool! We fish, hike, read, play cards and just generally relax and enjoy ourselves. We've met some very interesting people as well. In between all this, we enjoy spending time with our families and love those grand kids!
