Spring Break 2011 - Alex and Juliet. Friday, March 25, 2011. There were no pictures taken today, which is a complete oversight on our part. Sorry! Started the day with pancakes and a breakfast sandwich at Byrd's, then we were off to Galveston, the resort island! Along the 60 mile drive, we picked up some liquid caffeine at a Starbucks, and noticed four significant differences with California:. 1) The landscape is really green. 2) The landscape lacks mountains/hills in the distance. 3) There are wetlands.

This guide helped me pack light during the Euro trip. 2 Long sleeve button-up shirt. 1 Short sleeve button-up shirt. 5 Pairs of socks. 1 Pair of sandals. 1 Pair of shoes. 2 Books (The How of Happiness and Pandora's Star). Spring Break 2011 - Alex and Juliet. Friday, March 25, 2011. Alex woke up early this morning and headed out to get breakfast at Ziggy's. Juliet was delighted to be awoken by tasty strawberry pancakes and orange juice! Juliet's legs got the brunt of the sunburn from basking on the Galveston beach, so more sunshine was nixed for the day.
